Company overviewOur AI product Kanata, plus a full range of solution services
Third Scope Inc. is a global AI company specializing in AI adoption support, AI system development, and AI information security.
Since our founding in 2018 we have kept AI at the center of our business, providing end-to-end support — from generative AI training and implementation to AI system development and AI governance — from three bases: Japan (Tokyo and Nagoya), the UK (London), and Singapore.
Our offerings consist of Kanata, our generative AI platform, four solution areas (generative AI consulting, system development, UI/UX design, and web marketing support), and AI information security support that spans all of them.
The Third Scope Group operates from three locations: Japan (Tokyo/Shibuya and Nagoya), the UK (London), and Singapore. Each has a distinct role. Japan handles development and design implementation, the UK oversees UI/UX creative direction and manages our cross-border business, and Singapore runs Kanata, our generative AI platform, and leads our expansion across Asia.

Our SaaS product is Kanata, a generative AI platform for businesses. Kanata consists of a Library for storing and sharing organizational knowledge and Apps in which AI agents and other tools support everyday work. Combining the two lets you build workflows optimized for the age of AI.
The concept behind Kanata is that the more work you do, the more assets your organization accumulates. A common problem after adopting generative AI is that results stay with individuals. Carefully crafted prompts are invisible to colleagues, training materials never reach the next person in the role, and summaries and meeting notes get buried in chat history. Kanata returns the output produced in Apps to the Library, versions it, and makes it available across the organization. The Library grows as you use it, and each subsequent task gets faster.
Adoption changes three things. First, less time is spent searching: prompts, internal rules, and data all live in one place, and AI answers on the basis of that content. Second, knowledge stops depending on individuals: handover shifts from explaining to referring, so decision criteria survive a change of personnel. Third, governance holds: changes take effect only once an administrator switches the active version, so AI never draws on unapproved information.
Spirally, previously offered as a design system tool, will be merged into Kanata's Documents (planned for August 2026) and Design System (planned for September 2026) content types.
How Kanata is structured (as planned in July 2026)

The SaaS product is a cloud service that your company signs up for and operates itself: Kanata, our generative AI platform for businesses. The solutions are professional services in which Third Scope's engineers, designers, and consultants do the work, across four areas: generative AI consulting, system development, UI/UX design, and web marketing support.
Yes. Each solution area can be contracted separately. If a problem in another area comes to light while a project is running, the scope can be extended with an additional contract.
