Annex A: Japan

In Japan, having regard to the "external transmission" disclosure obligations under the Telecommunications Business Act (relating to the notification/publication of information transmitted externally via cookies and similar technologies), this Policy discloses the content of the information transmitted, its recipients, and the purposes of use.

Annex B: Singapore

In Singapore, information collected through cookies is handled in accordance with this Policy and our Privacy Policy, consistent with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and, where applicable, the Singapore Code of Advertising Practice.

Annex C: United Kingdom and European Economic Area

In the UK and EU/EEA, under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR/EU GDPR, prior explicit opt-in consent is generally required before placing cookies other than strictly necessary cookies. We address these requirements through the consent management tool described in Article 6.
