Our solutions comprise professional services across four areas: generative AI consulting (AI adoption support), AI system development, UI/UX design, and web marketing support. From requirements definition and implementation to post-launch operations, our teams across Japan (Tokyo/Shibuya and Nagoya), the UK (London), and Singapore provide end-to-end support.

Each of the four areas can be engaged on its own or in combination. Because our engineers, designers, and consultants all work in the same company, specifications and screens can be reviewed together as a project moves forward. We have roughly 60 staff, including contract staff, as of July 2026.

Our generative AI consulting helps companies introduce generative AI internally and make it stick. We cover training and skill development using Kanata, implementation support for major platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT, organizing the internal data that AI draws on, delegating work to AI agents, and generative AI application development.

Third Scope has had AI-powered service development at the center of its business since its founding in 2018, and since 2023 generative AI has accounted for the majority of our client projects. We have delivered large- and mid-scale generative AI training and implementation programs for organizations including JR Group and TEPCO group companies.

Our system development service builds web and mobile applications on the assumption that generative AI is part of the product. We handle everything from requirements definition through database and API design, implementation, and post-launch maintenance and operation. We specialize in large-scale projects with many screens, built on design systems, and since 2023 the majority of our client work has involved generative AI.

Our UI/UX design service covers screen design and design system architecture for web, iOS, and Android applications. Work is led by a creative director and overseen by our creative team in London. Because designers sit alongside our engineers in the same company, the designs we deliver are grounded in what can actually be built. Creators Plan, in which designers join your team on a monthly time-and-materials basis, is also available.

Our web marketing support improves traffic and results for your website, centered on SEO and AIO (AI search optimization). We cover analytics with GA Fokus, our extension of GA4, website generation with EXLP, AIO measures including structured data implementation, and cross-border expansion support drawing on our overseas offices.

When several areas are combined, we start by sorting out the business problem itself. We separate what should be solved with generative AI, what should be solved with a system, and what stems from an interface that is hard to use, and only then decide which areas to engage. That triage step can be commissioned on its own over two to four weeks; the deliverables are an issue list and a comparison of implementation approaches.

After implementation we record the work in an issue tracker and move to a monthly cadence, confirming what was handled that month and what will be handled next.
