GA Fokus
Purpose
Analyse and score how visitors behave, and pinpoint what to improve in a monthly report
Analytics, site generation, and cross-border support
Our web marketing support is made up of GA Fokus, our analytics service; EXLP, our website generation mechanism; AIO measures aimed at being cited accurately by AI search; and cross-border support drawing on our overseas offices. We cover analysing how traffic behaves, producing sites at volume, and expanding into overseas markets.
GA Fokus
Purpose
Analyse and score how visitors behave, and pinpoint what to improve in a monthly report
EXLP
Purpose
Generate a website from Excel or form data and produce pages in the same format at volume
AIO measures
Purpose
Get your information to a state where AI search cites it accurately
Cross-border support
Purpose
Use our London and Singapore offices to support expansion overseas and entry into the Japanese market
GA Fokus extends Google Analytics 4 to analyse and score how visitors behave. GA4's standard features cap how long data is retained, so the behaviour of an individual user cannot be traced after the fact. GA Fokus works around that limit and delivers the analysis as a monthly report.
GA Fokus can be added to any site that already has Google Analytics 4 in place, leaving the existing measurement as it is.
EXLP is Third Scope's own site generator: rather than a CMS, it builds a website from Excel files or form submissions. It suits work where many pages share one format and the person responsible manages the content in a spreadsheet.
EXLP targets pages with fixed fields and high volume — property listings, product information, store information. Compared with entering records one at a time in a CMS admin screen, the person responsible keeps updating in the spreadsheet software they already know. Our work includes the land and property sales site for Toei Housing Co., Ltd.
AIO measures are structured data implementation and site structure improvements aimed at having your information cited accurately by AI search such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. We implement Organization, Person, Article, and FAQPage in JSON-LD, rebuild breadcrumbs and sitemaps, and modify the site so AI crawlers can retrieve the body text.
The first thing to check when improving for AI search is whether AI crawlers can retrieve the body text at all. Most crawlers such as GPTBot and ClaudeBot do not execute JavaScript, so on a client-side rendered site the pages are treated as having no body text. Googlebot does execute JavaScript, so this never shows up in ordinary search rankings — the page simply goes uncited in AI search.
Technical assessment
What we do
Verify the rendering method, confirm AI crawler reachability, and survey the current structured data
Typical duration
Two weeks
Trial implementation
What we do
Implement structured data on the target pages, put meta information in order, and move to server-side rendering
Typical duration
Four to five weeks
Turn it into a template
What we do
Add the input fields to the admin screen, validate the values, and write the operating manual
Typical duration
Two weeks
Roll out to every page
What we do
Build the bulk-apply mechanism, enter the content for every page, and check how it renders
Typical duration
Three to four weeks
Redesign the site structure
What we do
Add category pages and rebuild internal links, breadcrumbs, and the sitemap
Typical duration
Six to eight weeks
Citation and ranking in AI search depend heavily on factors beyond the quality of the implementation, because retraining and indexing happen on their own schedule. We therefore define acceptance in terms of the implementation being complete: structured data must be detected without errors by the validation tools, and the body text must be retrievable with JavaScript disabled. Citations are treated as an indicator to track continuously after implementation.

Check the current state
What we do
Check what is being measured today and whether AI crawlers can reach the content
Isolate the problem
What we do
Separate whether the problem is traffic volume, drop-off, or a shortage of content
Put measurement in place
What we do
Set up GA Fokus so the effect of any improvement can be measured
Implement the improvements
What we do
Carry out the AIO measures and the site structure improvements
Review monthly
What we do
Check the results in the monthly report and fix what will be done next month
Where a mechanism for generating article content continuously is needed, we design it together with Autoland under system development .
Yes. On any site that already has Google Analytics 4 in place, GA Fokus can be added while leaving the existing measurement as it is.
SEO assumes search engines evaluate a page as a whole, whereas AIO measures assume AI cites content at the level of a paragraph or a sentence. AIO measures cover three things: getting the body text into a state AI crawlers can retrieve, using structured data to make the relationships between people, organizations, and articles explicit, and writing text that still makes sense read as a single paragraph.
Yes. We determine this two ways: by checking server logs for access from GPTBot and ClaudeBot, and by fetching pages with JavaScript disabled to verify whether the body text is included.
EXLP suits work where many pages share one format and the person responsible manages the content in a spreadsheet. Property listings, product information, and store information are typical.
Yes. The Third Scope Group spans three locations — Japan, the UK, and Singapore — with members who work in English, Chinese, and Vietnamese. We have also supported overseas companies considering entry into the Japanese market.
